I, as a user, have an Idea for your company to implement.
Reserve recharge (RR): It is quite clear from its name. RR should be available in each and every mobile recharge shop and very easy to recharge. Customer will get a recharge confirmation via text Mesg. but his actual balance will not increase. The validity of RR should be unlimited and a customer should be free to use it any time at any place just doing a simple SMS (for e.g. "RFRR-200" here RFRR- recharge from RR) at that moment the customer will get a top up of same amount within 15 min.
Major Advantages:
1. Recharge ease for customers.
2. Company can improve its cash in Hand in their Balance sheet.
