Introduction : It is the value of a person which fans of a person will decide and that value will float in the market as stocks shares in BSE or NSE
Eg: Mr. A is listed in PVISE at a base price say Rs 10 (Set by PVISE committee) and 100 shares are opened for the market purchase as IPO. In Place of dividend Some value from earnings of that person will be distributed among stake holders.
All rules remain same as they are for general listed companies in BSE/NSE/etc.

This action also gave framework to Biden foreign policy towards Gulf and major countries.
